Platform use

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of their account information, authorised users, monitoring keywords, and use of exported reports. Thunzi AI may limit activity that threatens security, availability, or lawful use.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew according to the selected billing period unless cancelled. Feature access, limits, and support levels depend on the subscribed plan.
